Before breakfast on Super Saturday

Before breakfast I have....
Rowed 2kms
Rode 4kms
Walked 2kms
And cross trained 550m
Burning 1492 calories since getting up.
That's like a quadathalon (or something)!
Now we have 40mins for breakfast and then medicine balls on the patch.
Omelet for breakie. 250 calories and no carbs and is yum.
If I don't post tonight it means I am recovering from the day!
